SHIFT Fitness Plan

Staying motivated to work out is hard, being part of an energetic and positive group makes it easier to reach your fitness goals. Our high intensity classes combines elements of strength training and conditioning, with a focus on functional movements. The workout typically involves a variety of exercises performed in quick succession, with little to no rest between sets.

  • Conditioning Classes - These exercises may include lifting weights, performing bodyweight movements, and cardiovascular exercises such as running or biking. The goal is to challenge the body and improve overall fitness, often through timed workouts or completing as many repetitions as possible within a certain timeframe. The workout is designed to be scalable, meaning that anyone can participate regardless of fitness level, and the movements can be adjusted to suit individual needs.

  • Bag Classes - These fun and fast paced classes use REAL martial arts to get a great workout! The combination of bag work and body-weight exercises will push your limits for a fun and effective workout.
